Shipping policy

APPAREL & GENERAL MERCH 

FOR ALL ORDERS EXCEPT DIECASTS, PLEASE REFER TO THE STYLED AESTHETIC RETURN POLICIES listed below. Styled Aesthetic will accept merchandise return/exchange under the following conditions:

All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Styled Aesthetic before shipping any merchandise to our location.To receive a return authorization please contact Styled Aesthetic at (414) 304-5733 during business hours or email at Sales@StyledAesthetic.com. 

For all other returns/exchanges, Styled Aesthetic offers the following two options: 

Product may be returned in the method of your choice at your expense. Styled Aesthetic recommends insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery. 

You have the option to print a prepaid shipping label issued by Styled Aesthetic. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of your return (the shipping fee will be quoted over the phone or email when requesting the return authorization). If Styled Aesthetic determines at their sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize Styled Aesthetic to charge the return shipping charges to your original payment source. 

If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, Styled Aesthetic will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage prepaid return label issued. Returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of authorization. If received after 14 days, you will be charged a $25.00 re-stock fee. 

All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. Styled Aesthetic will not accept worn/damaged merchandise for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned back to you at your expense. No returns/exchanges after 30 days of receipt of merchandise. 

DIECASTS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your diecast order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at merch@meyershankracing.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and photos of the item and packaging.

All returns must be approved by Meyer Shank Racing before being shipped back.

If your return is approved due to damage, a defect or an incorrect item, Meyer Shank Racing will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, we will provide a replacement when available. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the collectible and limited-edition nature of our diecasts, returns and exchanges are generally accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise.

Requests for other returns or exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Pre-Order Items
Estimated delivery dates for pre-order merchandise are guidelines and are subject to change due to production, licensing, customs, shipping or other factors outside of Meyer Shank Racing’s control.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, pre-order diecasts may not be canceled or refunded prior to shipment.

Final Sale & Limited-Edition Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, except if they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Certain limited-edition, personalized, autographed or made-to-order items may also be designated Final Sale.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Meyer Shank Racing.

Meyer Shank Racing and Styled Aesthetic reserves the right to review and deny any return, exchange or refund request that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
