Rosenqvist Takes Pole for OnlyBulls Grand Prix of Portland

Portland, Ore. (Aug. 8, 2026) – Felix Rosenqvist delivered a dominant qualifying performance for Meyer Shank Racing (MSR) on Saturday, securing pole position for Sunday’s OnlyBulls Grand Prix of Portland with a fast lap of 58.4828 seconds aboard the No. 60 SiriusXM Honda.
Rosenqvist was quickest in his group during the opening round of qualifying and once again topped the time charts in the Fast 12. The Swede carried that momentum into the Firestone Fast 6, where his 58.4828-second lap secured his eighth career INDYCAR pole and fourth with Meyer Shank Racing.
The pole adds to Rosenqvist’s strong record at Portland International Raceway, where he has twice finished runner-up and qualified P2 last season. The No. 60 is once again carrying a special Grateful Dead Radio (SiriusXM Ch. 23) livery this weekend, celebrating Jerry Garcia and The Days Between.
Marcus Armstrong will have some work to do after qualifying 21st with a lap of 58.6089 seconds in the No. 66 OnlyBulls Honda. Armstrong showed strong pace and was among the fastest cars in practice, giving the New Zealander confidence to race forward during Sunday’s 110-lap event.
The OnlyBulls Grand Prix of Portland takes the green flag Sunday at 4:00 p.m. ET on FOX, with INDYCAR Radio providing live coverage on SiriusXM Channel 218.
