INDYCAR Unveils Full 2027 Schedule, Adds Barcelona
INDYCAR announced the second half of its 2027 NTT INDYCAR SERIES schedule on Friday (October 23), completing a 17-race calendar featuring a mix of street circuits, road courses and ovals. The season will kick off March 7 in St. Petersburg, Florida, and conclude at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. All 17 races will once again be broadcast live on FOX.
The biggest addition to the calendar is the inaugural INDYCAR Grand Prix of Barcelona, scheduled for July 18 at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Spain. The historic event marks the series' first race outside North America since 2013 and its first return to Europe since 2007. The addition brings INDYCAR to Spain for the first time and adds an exciting international stop to Meyer Shank Racing's 2027 campaign.
