Badge of Honor Racing Launches National Campaign to Strengthen Law Enforcement Recruitment and Retention Through Partnership with Meyer Shank Racing

KOHLER, Wis. — Badge of Honor Racing (BOH) today announced the launch of a first-of-its-kind national initiative dedicated to supporting law enforcement recruitment, retention, and community engagement through the national platform of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES.

In partnership with Meyer Shank Racing (MSR), Badge of Honor Racing is bringing together motorsports, corporate America, law enforcement agencies, and local communities to help address one of the most pressing public safety challenges facing the nation—recruiting and retaining the next generation of law enforcement professionals.

Law enforcement agencies across the country continue to face critical staffing shortages. These shortages impact response times, officer wellness, community engagement, and the safety of the communities they serve. Badge of Honor Racing was created to help agencies amplify their recruiting efforts while building stronger relationships between law enforcement and the public.

Through this initiative, BOH will work alongside law enforcement agencies nationwide to help promote recruiting events, increase community participation, generate local media awareness, and connect agencies with corporate partners that believe in investing in safer communities.

By utilizing the visibility and excitement of IndyCar racing, Badge of Honor Racing aims to inspire future officers while creating meaningful opportunities for communities to engage with the men and women who serve and protect them every day.

“America’s law enforcement agencies need more than recognition—they need support,” said Pamela Bissell, Founder of Badge of Honor Racing. “Speed gets attention, but what we do with that attention defines the mission. Our goal is to use one of the world’s most exciting sports to inspire future public servants, strengthen community partnerships, and help agencies build the workforce they need to keep our communities safe.”

The partnership with Meyer Shank Racing represents an important milestone in launching the national campaign and demonstrates how sports can be a powerful platform for social impact. Together, BOH and MSR will work to elevate awareness while engaging fans, businesses, law enforcement leaders, and community organizations around a shared purpose.

Beyond the racetrack, Badge of Honor Racing is building a nationwide network of corporate sponsors, foundations, community organizations, and public safety leaders committed to strengthening the future of law enforcement. Every partnership helps expand awareness, increase community engagement, and create larger, more impactful recruiting opportunities for agencies across the country.

Badge of Honor Racing believes that when communities stand behind those who serve, everyone benefits. Through collaboration, innovation, and national visibility, the organization is creating a movement focused on supporting the future of public safety.

Organizations interested in becoming corporate partners, sponsoring recruiting initiatives, or supporting the mission are encouraged to connect with Badge of Honor Racing.
