Acura Meyer Shank Racing Team Quotes:
Nick Yelloly: “I think both myself and Tom really did everything that we could. Obviously we didn’t quite have the pace but I think lining up on the third row together will be ok and we can race from there. It’s IMSA, there are plenty of strategies we can try and throw at it and also with the traffic in the first stint can also make a difference. Definitely not all lost and we’ll definitely be fighting for that podium tomorrow.”
Tom Blomqvist: “Unfortunately I think that was kind of the best we had. I think that’s kind of what we expected coming into the weekend. It’s been a tough day for our crew with some issues on the car which kind of prevented us from getting some good laps in practice. Tomorrow is a new day. It’s a short race but you can still makes one things happen.”
